Default archive manager in Windows does not support. If you don’t have any archive manager installed in your Windows you may need to install 7-Zip. Now you need to extract the files inside this archive. As you can see password is given in the file name which is 1234 and also in the GitHub download page below changelog. However the file name can change as new version is released, always get the latest version from the download link. Go to the bottom of this page and download MAS_1.4_Password_1234.7z file from the download section.
